You don't need an emergency to want answers. From a nagging sports injury to a once-a-year health MOT, our Knightsbridge clinic runs same-day bloods, on-site ultrasound and AI-assisted screening. Ensuring you leave with a clear picture and a plan in a single visit, seven days a week.
Sports & soft-tissue injury assessment
Strains, sprains, tendon trouble and joint niggles examined hands-on and scanned on-site with musculoskeletal ultrasound. We assess tears, swellings and tendinopathy so you know whether to rest, rehab or investigate further, usually in a single visit, without an A&E wait.
Whole-health blood analysis (Comprehensive S Panel)
Our Comprehensive S Panel combines blood count, biochemistry, thyroid, liver, kidney and metabolic markers into one wellness screen, from £250. It's a strong starting point for anyone wanting a clear, data-led picture of their general health. Ideal as a once or twice-a-year check.
Energy, thyroid & performance review
Tiredness, poor recovery, weight change or low energy investigated with thyroid (TSH/T3/T4), iron studies, HbA1c and inflammatory markers. Most results are ready the same day, interpreted in person, so you get answers and a plan to get back to your best.
Heart & cardiovascular check
Blood pressure and a full lipid panel (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides) to assess your cardiovascular risk, reassurance before a big event, a new training plan, or simple peace of mind. On-site ECG and onward cardiology referral arranged where clinically indicated.
Same-day on-site ultrasound (COMING SOON)
Radiation-free abdominal, soft-tissue and vascular scans reviewed by your clinician in the same visit. No second appointment elsewhere. Useful for abdominal pain, suspected gallstones, and soft-tissue concerns.
Lumps, bumps & swellings
A new or persistent lump can be worrying. Ultrasound gives a quick, painless way to characterise lumps under the skin. Telling us whether they're cysts, fluid collections, lipomas or lymph nodes, for fast reassurance or a clear plan if something needs a closer look.
AI-assisted health screening
AI-supported analysis of your imaging and blood trends can help spot patterns earlier, particularly across longitudinal results. Every AI-assisted insight is reviewed and explained in person by a nurse practitioner before it informs any decision.
Travel, pre-event & annual check-ups
Fit-to-travel checks, pre-event screening and a thorough once-over for the otherwise-well. The proactive kind of visit that catches small things before they grow. Tailored to your age, history and goals.
Women's wellbeing
Heavy, painful, irregular or absent periods, and the hot flushes, sleep, mood and energy changes of perimenopause and menopause, can be hard to get seen for quickly. We offer discreet, same-day assessment with hormone blood panels (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone and thyroid), iron studies to check for anaemia from heavy bleeding, and on-site pelvic ultrasound to look for fibroids, ovarian cysts and signs of PCOS. For women navigating the menopause, we provide a clear hormonal picture and a plan. From lifestyle and symptom advice to onward referral for HRT or gynaecology where appropriate. Your practitioner reviews every result in person, so you leave understanding what's happening and what comes next.
Men's wellbeing
Low energy, poor recovery, reduced libido, mood changes or concerns about fertility are common and very treatable, but men often put off getting checked. We offer discreet, same-day assessment with a male hormone panel (total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, prolactin, SHBG and thyroid), alongside metabolic, cholesterol and PSA testing to build a clear picture of your general and prostate health. Where useful, on-site ultrasound assesses the testes, abdomen or soft tissue. Your practitioner reviews everything in person and sets out a plan. Reassurance, lifestyle and treatment options, or onward urology referral.

Do I need to be unwell or injured to come in?
Not at all. A large part of what we do is proactive, health screens, blood analysis and check-ups for people who feel well but want a clear picture or early reassurance.
How often should I have a health check?
For most healthy adults, a comprehensive blood and health review once or twice a year is a sensible rhythm. We'll tailor the interval to your age, history and goals.
Can you assess a sports injury without a hospital visit?
Yes. We examine the injury and can scan tendons, ligaments and joints on-site with musculoskeletal ultrasound, then advise on rest, rehab or onward referral, usually in a single visit.
Which results are available the same day?
Point-of-care bloods such as Full Blood Count, CRP, U&E and HbA1c return in around 15 minutes, and ultrasound is reviewed in real time. More complex panels are typically ready the same day.
Do I need a referral?
No. Taylor Grey is a private clinic, you can book directly online or by phone, seven days a week.
What if you find something that needs more investigation?
If a result needs specialist input or imaging we don't hold on-site, we arrange a prompt, direct referral and stay involved in coordinating your next steps.
