You can do either. You're welcome to walk into our Knightsbridge clinic during opening hours (9am - 5pm), or you can book ahead by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. We see patients 7 days a week, and same-day appointments are almost always available.
-
You can book by calling us on 020 8050 0777, messaging us on WhatsApp, or requesting a callback through our website. Our team will confirm your appointment and let you know what to bring Book now or call us on 020 8050 0777
-
Yes. Parents, partners, carers, and PAs regularly book on behalf of patients. Just let us know the patient's name and a brief reason for the visit so we can prepare.
-
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Life happens - if something comes up last minute, call us and we'll do our best to rearrange. There's no penalty for your first cancellation.
-
Please contact us to discuss remote consultation options. For many urgent care concerns, an in-person visit is recommended so we can carry out a proper examination and any diagnostics on the spot.
-
Consultation fees vary by service. Please contact our team on 020 8050 0777 or via WhatsApp for current pricing. We're always transparent about costs before your appointment - there are no hidden fees.
-
Unless otherwise stated, diagnostics such as blood panels, imaging, or specialist screening carry a separate fee. We'll always discuss costs with you before proceeding with any tests.
-
Bring a form of photo ID, any relevant medical records or recent test results, and a list of medications you're currently taking. If you're bringing a child, bring their red book (Personal Child Health Record) if you have one.
-
You'll be welcomed by our front-of-house team and shown to a private consultation room. There's no waiting room queue. Your consultant will see you promptly. Most patients are seen within minutes of arriving.
-
Urgent care consultations typically last 30 minutes, though we never rush. If diagnostics are needed, allow up to an hour so we can run tests and discuss results with you in the same visit. Longevity and wellness appointments may be longer depending on the programme.
-
We do our best to offer continuity of care. If you'd prefer to see the same consultant for follow-up visits, let us know when booking and we'll arrange it where possible.

Team and Services
-
Our clinical team is led by experienced consultants with backgrounds in emergency medicine, paediatrics, and preventative health. Every clinician at Taylor Grey is senior-level. You will always be seen by a consultant, not a junior doctor.
-
Yes. Our consultants have trained and practised within the NHS and hold relevant UK medical registrations. Many continue to work across both NHS and private practice, bringing a depth of experience to every consultation.
-
In the NHS, you might first see a nurse, then a junior doctor, and only later a consultant. At Taylor Grey, your care is led by a consultant from the very first moment. This means faster, more accurate diagnosis and a higher standard of clinical decision-making from the start.
-
Yes. We provide private urgent care for children of all ages - from newborns to teenagers. Our clinicians have paediatric experience and our clinic environment is designed to be calm and reassuring for younger patients and their parents.
-
We see patients of all ages, from newborns through to elderly adults. There is no minimum or maximum age.
-
Absolutely. No referral is needed. You can walk in or book a same-day appointment for your child. Whether it's a fever, an injury, an infection, or something you're just not sure about - we're here to help.
-
We treat a wide range of paediatric concerns including fevers, ear infections, chest infections, rashes, allergic reactions, fractures, sprains, cuts requiring stitches, burns, and breathing difficulties. If your child needs specialist care beyond what we can provide, we'll arrange an urgent referral.
-
Many of our point-of-care tests return results in 15 to 30 minutes, so you'll often leave with answers on the same visit. For specialist blood panels or tests sent to an external lab, results are typically available within 24 to 48 hours and we'll contact you as soon as they're ready.
-
Your consultant will explain your diagnosis, treatment plan, and any next steps before you leave. If medication is needed, we can issue a private prescription on the spot. You'll receive a written summary of your visit, and our team will follow up if further action is required.
-
Yes. If your condition requires specialist input - whether that's orthopaedics, cardiology, dermatology, or any other field. We can refer you directly to a trusted specialist, often with an appointment within days rather than weeks.
-
With your consent, yes. We can send a summary of your visit and any test results to your NHS GP so your medical records stay joined up. Just let your consultant know during your appointment.
