Fracture & break care at Taylor Grey

Same-Day Private Fracture Assessment in Knightsbridge

What we treat

A suspected broken bone shouldn't mean a full day in A&E. Walk in and we’ll perform an X-ray on the spot, with results in one visit.

  • A suspected fracture needs prompt assessment, imaging and immobilisation to prevent further damage and reduce pain. We welcome walk-ins and same-day bookings for both adults and children, with full clinical examination, on-site X-ray and immediate treatment in a single visit.

  • Wrist, hand and finger injuries are among the most common fractures we see, often from falls, cycling or sport. Our nurse practitioners assess grip, tendon function, circulation and range of movement, confirm the injury on X-ray and fit a cast or splint where indicated.

  • Ankle and foot fractures can look like simple sprains, so accurate diagnosis matters. We check for fifth metatarsal breaks, Lisfranc injuries, avulsion fractures and soft-tissue damage, then fit a walking boot, splint or cast as needed. The 5th metatarsal pathway is priced from £500 including review.

  • Clavicle fractures typically follow a fall onto an outstretched hand or the shoulder itself. Treatment is usually conservative with a sling, rest and planned follow-up, though some cases require orthopaedic input. Our clavicle fracture pathway is priced from £500.

  • Buckle or "torus" fractures are a common paediatric injury where the bone bends and partially breaks rather than snapping. They are usually treated with a soft cast or splint for a few weeks and heal well. Our buckle fracture pathway is priced from £500, with paediatric care built in.

  • A dislocated finger or toe needs prompt reduction (putting the joint back into place), careful neurovascular assessment, X-ray to rule out associated fractures and a splint for healing. Our dislocation pathway covers reduction, imaging and splinting, priced from £500.

  • Not every injury is a fracture, but pain and swelling can make it hard to tell. We examine the joint, image if indicated and give a clear diagnosis along with rehab guidance, strapping or a boot where needed. You leave with certainty, not guesswork.

  • If your injury has already been treated elsewhere, we can review your cast, check healing, repeat X-rays where clinically indicated and arrange direct referral to a named Knightsbridge orthopaedic surgeon for operative or specialist care.
